This is an Application for suspension of sentence imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur in Sessions Case No.42 of 2019 dated 28.11.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentencing him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 11⁄2 years and fine of Rs.15,000/- in default, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 5 months each. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants/Appellants that, short term sentence is suspended by the learned Trial Court till the Appeal period and the Appeal period is not yet over. Hence, the following order:-

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable 16.01.2026. (ii). Mr. A. D. Wange, learned APP waives service of notice
