This is an Application for suspension of sentence of two years and fine of Rs.500/-, in default to suffer simple imprisonment of one month for the offence punishable under Section 332 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to learned Advocate for the Applicant, the shortterm sentence is suspended by the learned Trial Court during the Appeal period. Considering these aspects, the following order is passed:- (i) Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 20.01.2026.

(ii) Learned APP waives service of notice for RespondentState. (iii) The order of suspension of sentence passed by the

2 of 2 912-APPLN.4854.2025 learned Trial Court is extended till the next date. The Applicant/Appellant shall execute fresh P.B. and S.B. bonds for the amount specified by the learned Trial Court in the bail order.
