The learned counsel for the respondent/husband Mr. Yogesh Patil submits that in pursuance to the order dated 2.2.2026, the respondent has deposited Rs. 1 Lakh before the JMFC, Washi, Dist. Osmanabad through UPI transaction in the account of applicant wife. The remaining amount of Rs. 50,000/- will be deposited within a period of ten days from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Jadhavar, admits that the amount of Rs. 1 Lakh is deposited by the respondent. 3.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid undertaking given by the counsel for the respondent Mr. Yogesh Patil that the respondent/husband shall deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 50,000/- within a period of ten days.

Stand over to 7th March, 2026, for compliance by way of last chance.
