Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Counsel for Respondent.

Both the Counsels submit that the matter is amicably settled between the Petitioner (wife) and the Respondent (husband). The parties have entered into compromise terms and conditions. An affidavit to that effect, bearing the signatures of the parties and their respective Counsels, is placed on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw the petition in view of the compromise terms and conditions arrived at between the parties.

Thus, taking into consideration the compromise arrived at between the husband and wife, leave is granted. 5.
The Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 6.
