The present application seeks quashment of FIR No.115/2022 dated 28.04.2025 registered with Pishor Police Station, Taluka Kannad, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for offence punishable under Sections 354, 354-A, 354-A(1)(i), 354-A(2), 323, 324, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code and consequential proceeding in RCC No.339/2022 pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class at Kannad.

It is informed that trial is already commenced and evidence of three witnesses of prosecution has already been recorded. 3.

At this stage there is no reason to entertain application for quashing of FIR, particularly when, prima facie, there are allegations against applicants constituting offences.

In that view of matter, no case is made out to entertain application. Hence, Criminal Application stands rejected. 5.

However, Trial Court shall endeavour to expedite trial and decide same at the earliest.
