We have seen the investigation papers. Right now as per the Provisional Cause of Death Certificate, the cause of death is "Evidence of Cardiomegaly with Coronary Artery disease, however, final opinion reserved pending for chemical analysis and histopathological examination reports in a decomposed body". Therefore, unless there is clear evidence of homicidal death, may be on the basis of medical evidence or other evidence, which is being conducted, there will not be an addition of Section 103 of BNS Act. Let the histopathology report and other reports come and then the matter can be taken up. Learned APP [1]
