Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Vide order dated 26.11.2025, Mr. Sandip R. Aandhale was appointed as Mediator by consent of the parties. The mediation proceedings were conducted and the mediation is reported to be successful. The parties have arrived at consent terms and have signed the Deed of Settlement along with their respective advocates. The Deed of Settlement, along with the Mediation Report dated 11.02.2026, is placed on record. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The parties have undertaken to abide by and perform their respective obligations as stated in the Deed of Settlement. In view of Jhs/ 1/2

925 CRI WP NO. 32 OF 2025 the successful mediation and settlement arrived at between the parties, the cause of action for filing the present writ petition does not survive. The parties shall act upon the settlement terms scrupulously. Liberty is granted to the aggrieved party to approach this Court in the event of non-compliance by any of the parties. 4.
