By the present petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 21.10.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Shahada, Dist. Nandurbar in Criminal Revision Application No.17/2024, whereby the order of rejection of interim custody of the vehicle was declined by the learned JMFC, Shahada, Dist. Nandurbar on 05.09.2024 in Criminal M.A. No.155/2024 for the offence punishable under Section 5(a) & 5(b) of the Maharashtra Prevention of Animal Act, 1976 and under Section 11(1)(d) & 11(1)(g) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960 and under Section 194(B)(2) of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
