By the present Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner takes exception to the order dated 03.09.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur in Cri. Revision Application No.50 of 2022 arising out of order dated 10.12.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Latur in R.C.C. No.769 of 2014.
