The inquiry officer is present who is inquiring into the missing complaint. Though respondent No.4 appears to have not been served stating that he was not found at the given address, his address appears to be the same but he was not available at the said address when the serving officer went. Therefore, re-issue notice to respondent No.4. We have seen the progress report. It appears that statements of witnesses have been recorded. Inquiry in respect of mobile phone numbers has also been made. We direct the inquiry officer to intensify the search and file further report on 13.06.2025.
