The present petition has been filed by the father of the girl, who was stated to be missing and the petitioner has raised suspicion that she might have been abducted by respondent No.4. Even in the missing report, the age of the girl has been shown as 19 years. Today, the girl has been produced before us alongwith reports wherein it is stated that the girl as well as respondent No.4 have performed marriage on 4th May, 2025. We have made inquiry with the girl in our chamber and got confirmation of the statement. The girl states that she had gone from the house on her own and has performed the marriage. Under such circumstance, it is the fact on

W.P.296.2025.odt record that the girl has not been confined by anybody and therefore, no writ can be issued as prayed.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

The girl be set at liberty forthwith.
