This petition is against the order dated 13.02.2025 below Exhibit-36 and 45. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that already salary slips are placed on record before the trial Court. He has also placed on record the documents with the list, after passing of the impugned order which are solicited by the Respondents. I find that prima facie bonafides of the Petitioner are apparent. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 15.04.2025. 4.
