We have received the remarks/report from in-charge 6th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad Mr. S.S. Chhallani, who appears to have made some allegations against the Registry of this Court. In fact, learned Magistrate ought to have been within his limits while giving the remarks/report. He ought to have checked all the communications before giving the remarks.

At present, we direct learned Registrar (Judicial) to submit a

12_Cri.WP_302_2025 report regarding the communication that was made to the concerned Judicial Magistrate First Class and to attach the documents, if any, if he has. Report to be submitted on or before 23.06.2025.

Place the matter on 23.06.2025.
