However, learned APP is placing on record communication to him by Joint Secretary, Home Department, which does not mention at all as to what is the reason, why the affidavit was not ready on or before 04.04.2025. We deprecate such practice by reserving the right to impose cost. We give only one chance to the State to file affidavit. The affidavit to be filed on or before 25.04.2025 and this duration will not be extended on any count.
