Learned APP is submitting the copy of the final opinion as to the cause of death that has been given by Sub-District Hospital, Gangakhed to police. This is the document for which the Investigating Officer was waiting for filing of the charge-sheet.

After perusing the said certificate, we hope that the Investigating Officer would take further steps upon instructions. Learned APP is also making a statement that within a period of four weeks, the charge-sheet would be filed.

We take the statements as an undertaking and then dispose of the writ petition.
