Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 2.
Now he seeks to withdraw the petition, upon instructions, with liberty to file appropriate proceedings under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the concerned Magistrate. 3.
At present what has been registered is non-cognizable offence but according to the Petitioner, the facts disclosed the cognizable offence for which he had made a representation/complaint in writing to the concerned police station.

The Petitioner is allowed to withdraw the petition as prayed with liberty to approach the concerned Magistrate under Section
