DATED : NOVEMBER 25, 2025 ORDER:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is appointed to represent the petitioner through High Court Legal Service Sub Committee, Aurangabad, but the petitioner did not cooperate with him. As such, he filed application before the said Sub Committee dated 08.09.2025 for discharging his appearance and the same is received by the said Committee on the same day. The learned counsel further submitted that he also given all the original documents to the petitioner and acknowledgment to that effect is also taken on the back side of the copy of the said application. Further, according to him, the petitioner was also called, but he did not respond. As such, the appearance of learned counsel Mr. Ajinkya Mirajgaonkar appointed on behalf of the petitioner stands discharged.
