Though the present petition is filed for issuing directions to the concerned court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Tq.Washi Dist.Osmanabad (Dharashiv) to decide the Criminal Case No.1555 of 2023 expeditiously but the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, submits that, evidence is already started in the said case and the evidence of petitioner is also recorded. Under such circumstances, when the case is already fixed for taking the remaining evidence, we do not find any reason to give further directions to decide the case. The evidence will be recorded in due course of time. 2.

Leave granted to correct the number of Criminal Case which the petitioner is seeking to be expeditied.

Under such circumstances, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
