The petitioner is challenging order dated 11.03.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Beed in Cri. M. A. No. 180 of 2024 transferring R.C.C. No. 35 of 2022 from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shirur Kasar, Dist. Beed to the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Beed. 2.

The petitioner is wife having minor daughter, who is prosecuting present R.C.C. No. 35 of 2022. She has also lodged offence bearing Cr. No. 82/2023 against the respondent U/Sec. 307 of the I. P. Code.

Prima facie, it appears that learned Sessions Judge has not taken balanced view. The prejudice likely to be caused to the

2 923 cri wp 489.25 petitioner to travel from Shirur Kasar to Beed with minor or with her witnesses is overlooked.

Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal, returnable on 17.06.2025. Learned A. P. P. waives notice for the respondent No. 1.

There shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause "D".
