Learned Advocate for petitioner submits that he wants to convert Criminal Writ Petition into Civil Writ Petition, taking into consideration the representation dated 28.02.2025, which she has made before respondent No.4. In view of said statement he is permitted to convert the Criminal Writ Petition into Civil Writ Petition and carry out amendment, if any, within a period of one week. After the amendment is carried out, Registry to register writ petition as Civil Writ Petition.
