Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to convert present petition into Civil Writ Petition by effecting necessary amendment. 2.

Order of interim maintenance which is under challenge in the present matter is passed in Divorce Petition No.145/2021 pending before Family Court, Beed under Section 13 (1) (A) (B) and (3) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Impugned order is under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act.

Hence, remedy for the petitioner is to prefer Civil Writ Petition. 4.

Leave is granted. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

Matter be placed before appropriate bench.
