Petitioner is questioning notice/order dated 27.02.2025 issued by the respondent No. 2/Sub Divisional Officer, Ambad. By its heading it is a show cause notice issued to the petitioner, who is owner of the vehicle and in latter part, it calls upon the petitioner to deposit Rs. 7,50,000/- towards penalty. It is contended that this type of action is without jurisdiction and against principles of natural justice.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned A. P. P. waives notice for all respondents and seeks time. Stand over to 16.06.2025.
