20_Cri.WP_556_2025_Operative 21.03.2025 as well as confirmation order dated 14.05.2025 passed by respondent No.1 are hereby quashed and set aside. Petitioner viz. Aryan Naresh Mandale shall be released forthwith, if not required in any other offence.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
