The girl has been produced before this Court today. We made inquiry. Though it appears that on 14th May, 2025, the petitioner had refused to take the custody of the girl, now, the petitioner is present and he is ready to take the custody of the girl. The girl is also willing to go with the father. Under such circumstances, we handover the custody of the girl to the petitioner.

We direct the investigating officer to inform the CWC, Aurangabad, regarding this order.
