Learned APP submits police papers and submits that upon search of brother of petitioner it is found that he has been arrested by Hyderabad Police in connection with First Information Report vide Crime No.314/2025 on 10.05.2025 near Graveyard, BJR Nagar, Hyderabad and states that he is in Judicial custody.

Present petition is for the search and production of petitioner's brother i.e. for habeas corpus. In view of the fact that now the whereabouts of brother of petitioner is traced out, we cannot entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and, therefore, we dispose of the petition.
