The petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to arrest respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in FIR bearing No. 24 of 2023 dated 09/01/2023, registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Jalna, for offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

However, during the pendency of this petition, respondent No. 6 was arrested and subsequently released on bail. Moreover, learned APP today produced on record a communication dated 20/12/2025 stating that respondent No. 7 was also called under notice dated 13/06/2025 as per Section 41(a)(i) of the Cr.P.C., and she appeare13 ptd before the investigating officer and co-operated

2 932 WP 764-25 in the investigation. The communication further states that during the investigation of the present case, a charge sheet has also been filed against respondent Nos. 6 and 7 on 06/11/2025 before the concerned Special Judge at Jalna, bearing Special Case No. 285 of 2025.
