Petitioner is aggrieved by distinct judgment and orders dated 31.05.2025 passed by the Revisional Court allowing the revisions of the respondent No. 2/accused thereby granting him custody of the animals by quashing order passed by the Trial Court. 2.

The petitioner is having custody of near about 8 animals since 04.04.2024. The Trial Court denied custody to the respondent No. 2, whereas the revisional Court granted it. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner Goshala is well equipped to maintain the animals and to look after them. In the wake of the conflicting findings of facts, I propose to grant ad-interim relief.

Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal, returnable on 26.06.2025. Learned A. P. P. waives notice for the respondent No. 1. 4.

There shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'D" on condition that the petitioner shall take care of the animals and furnish the information to the Trial Court as and when required regarding status of the animals.
