The missing person has been produced before this Court by Shrirampur Police as it is stated that Ozar Police Station, Nashik (Rural) had given the intimation to Shrirampur Police Station that the missing person is with his maternal uncle. We have made inquiry with the missing person. He gives his age as 20 years and he states that he has not been detained. In view of this fact, we release him and he would be free to go as per his wish. We dispose of the writ petition.
