DATED : 25th JUNE, 2025 PER COURT :- This petition has been registered on the basis of a letter received from the convict Keshav Shriram Kendre, who is presently lodged with Nashik Road Central Prison. It appears that the proposal for his premature release has been submitted through Nashik Road Central Prison. Under such circumstance, we are of the opinion that the matter should lie before the principal seat of this Court. Therefore, the present petition is transferred to principal seat.
