Today the missing girl has been produced before this Court by LHC Ms. P.S. Saundarmal, B. No.1764 attached to Majalgaon City Police Station. The missing girl has stated before us that she has completed the age of 18 years as on today and on having interaction with her, she stated that she wants to reside with her mother-in-law i.e. the mother of respondent No.4. According to her, she has performed marriage with respondent No.4.
5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the fact that the missing girl has attained majority as on today. Learned A.P.P. has also confirmed the said fact. 6.
In view of the same, when the missing girl has already attained the age of majority, then she is at liberty to reside at the place of her own choice. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly it stands disposed of. (ABASAHEB D. SHINDE) (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE JUDGE VD_Dhirde
