Learned A.P.P. produced on record communication dated 21.02.2026 issued by Additional Superintendent of Police, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to competent authority. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. On going through the said communication, it appears that now 27 properties are included in the proposal for attachment under the provisions of M.P.I.D. Act and the same is forwarded to Home Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. Further, in respect of seizure of plant machinery, procedure for seizure of 7 plant machinery is completed and remaining plant machinery will also be seized by drawing necessary panchnamas. Further, the proposal for attachment of those plant machinery will also be forwarded to respondent No.1.

Learned A.P.P. submits that respondent No.1 will sanction the said proposal and notification to that effect will be issued as early as possible.

In view of the same, purpose of the present criminal writ petition appears to be subserved. As such, the criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
