Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the notification under section 482 is issued in the instant matter, however, the entire properties are not mentioned in the attachment list. Moreover, only certain lands belonging to Tirumala Oil & Refinery and Tirumala Hair Oil India Pvt. Ltd. are mentioned but the machinery and plants are not included in the same, therefore, it will be difficult to secure the amounts of the petitioners.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions through the Investigating officer in respect of the plant and machinery of Tirumala Oil & Refinery and Tirumala Hair Oil India Pvt. Ltd. 3.
