Learned APP today placed on record a copy of the application proposed to be filed before the trial court. On perusal of the same, it appears that 27 properties and 6 bank accounts are available for attachment and for that purpose, the application is to be filed today. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the plant and machinery of Tirumala Oil Industries is also required to be attached, but no mention of the same is made even in the list of 27 properties in the application. Learned APP, therefore, seeks time to take instructions regarding the said plant and machinery. 2.
