The learned APP placed on record a communication dated 14.01.2026 issued by SP-C.I.D., Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar mentioning that the machinery in the seized property are also included in the seizure and the process for the same is going on. Further assurance is also given that after completion of said procedure of seizure of machinery and other allied properties, a proposal in respect of those properties will be submitted to government as per provisions of The Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors(in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 (in short MPID Act). The said communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

The learned APP submits that he would make positive statement after taking the instructions in respect of all the properties on next date.
