Upon query, he agrees to delete respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 from the array of the respondents. Amendment to that effect be carried out immediately.

It appears that in view of notice under Section 94 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 it is stated that amount of Rs.2,639/- was the alleged defrauded amount, which is connected to the account of the petitioner maintained with respondent No.5. Whether the entire freezing of account and whether action under Section 94 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 would be maintainable itself is a [1]

7-wp-1020-2025.odt question and therefore, as an ad-interim order, we direct respondent No.5 to allow the petitioner to operate his account except to the extent of amount of Rs.2,639/- till next date.
