Heard. The learned Counsel for the petitioner is seeking direction for adding the present Respondent Nos.4 to 7 as an accused persons in the present matter, wherein charge sheet has already been submitted in the month of February 2025.

When we expressed our disinclination to grant such relief, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage for proceeding against the present Respondent Nos.4 to 7.

In view of the same, the petition stands withdrawn and disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
