Learned APP produced on record a communication dated 29.04.2026 in respect of current investigation about the missing boy. On going through the same, it appears that the concerned police machinery has given a day to day account of their investigation. Every efforts are being taken to search the missing boy. In view of the same, stand over to 17.06.2026.

Learned APP submits that the missing girl has been traced out and today, she is brought in this Court through LPC-Ms.Varsha Khandagale of Ambhora Police Station,Tq.Ashti District Beed, Likewise, the PSI-Adinath Bhadke attached to that police station is also present before this Court.

On making an interaction with the said missing girl, she stated that she attained the majority on 01.09.2025 and thereafter, she decided to reside with one Vaibhav Ambadas Mhaske with whom she had gone out of her house on 18.06.2025 to reside in leave in relationship. She further stated that she is having physical relationship with the said Vaibhav and out of the same, she is pregnant. On asking her as to where she wants to leave, she stated that she would reside with Vaibhav Ambadas Mhaske only and not ready to go with the petitioner. The missing girl had also given her statement before the learned JMFC Tq. Ashti, District Beed.

As such, when the missing girl has completed the age of 18 years and thus, attained the majority she needs to be set free to leave/reside with a person of her choice. Accordingly, she is set at liberty and in view of the same, the petition stands disposed of. ( ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J. ) ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J. ) vsj..
