Learned APP is producing today's report regarding further investigation that has been made. The Investigating Officer is present before this Court. Report is taken on record by marking it as Exh. "Y". It appears that there is some progress, but then still the fact is that this is yet another case from Beed district wherein the girl is missing and in Criminal Writ Petition No.773 of 2025 we have already directed Superintendent of Police, Beed to form a team of five persons. Accordingly, he has formulated it. The question is then, why the present matter is with Ambhora Police Station yet.
