BENCH AT AURANGABAD CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 1141 OF 2025 RUSHIKESH KAILASRAO BEDRE

VERSUS

THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS ...

Advocate for the Petitioner : Mr. Deshmukh Shambhuraje V. APP for Respondents: Mr. S.J. Salgare ...

CORAM

: SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE & ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, JJ.

DATE : 09.03.2026 PER COURT :

1.

Heard.

2.

The petition has been filed by the original victim for a limited purpose of seeking copies of certain documents, which, according to him, are considered by the concerned authority while releasing the convict prematurely. On the last occasion, we had asked the learned APP to secure the concerned documents and ascertain from the concerned authority as to whether these documents could be supplied to the petitioner. 3.

Today learned APP has placed on record those

2 58.Crl.WP.1141.25.odt documents which are taken on record and marked 'X' collectively for the purpose of identification. Copies of which have also been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the purpose of filing this writ petition has been subserved and nothing survives in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
