After hearing for some time, as this Court was not inclined to grant relief, the learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Pahilwan, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition. 2.

Permission granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 21st August, 2025, also stands vacated. Consequently, the amount of Rs. 20,000/- deposited by the petitioner in this Court as directed by this court vide order dated 21st August, 2025, to show his bonafides, is permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner.
