Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner for sometime. The learned APP points out that in view of the judgment of the Full Bench in the case of Mayur Vasant Sonawane Vs. The State of Maharashtra & another in Criminal Writ Petition No.1578 of 2021, decided on 21st April, 2022 and also the judgment in the case of Manjit Singh Moolsingh Sethi & another Vs. The State of Maharashtra & another in Criminal Writ Petition No.2265 of 2007, decided on 20th December, 2007, the present Criminal Writ Petition would lie before the Division Bench. 2.

Thus, the registry to take appropriate steps to get the matter listed before the Division Bench.
