During the hearing of the learned APP Mrs. Ghanekar, along with APP Mr. K. S. Patil, makes a statement that the prosecution is ready to conduct the evidence of P.W. 37 - Akash Shejwal without confronting the CCTV footage to him. Her statement is accepted.
