.
None for the petitioners even at second call. 2.
By way of this petition, the petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents for considering and deciding the representation filed by the petitioner No.2/Alimuddin Khan dated 14.11.2024 seeking enquiry of Police Inspector Ashok Bhandari and PSI Ashpak. They have also prayed for quashing the letter dated 12.02.2024 issued by Jinsi police station, Aurangabad. On going through the contents of earlier representation dated 25.07.2023 and subsequent representation dated 14.11.2024, it appears that both the representations are same and seeking action against PI Ashok Bhandari and PSI Ashpak. The earlier representation dated 25.07.2023 is already decided by conducting an enquiry through the said police station and no substance was found in the said representation. The subsequent representation dated 14.11.2024 appears to be the same which may end in similar fashion as
2 938.doc mentioned in letter dated 12.02.2024.
3.
The learned APP on instructions, submits that, the investigation against the petitioners has already been completed and charge-sheet is filed against them. Under such circumstances, it appears that the petitioners are unnecessarily filing representations of similar nature against the concerned PI and PSI. Thus, we find no substance in the petition.
4.
Since, the learned counsel for the petitioners is not available today, we deem it appropriate to extend last opportunity to the petitioners to work out the matter.
5.
Stand over to 13.01.2026. The matter be placed in Urgent Category.
