Under the order dated 06.01.2026, we have observed that prima facie there is no substance in the earlier representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2023.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the subsequent representation dated 14.11.2024 is not to the earlier representation and therefore, the cognizance of the same needs to be taken by this Court by giving certain directions. 3.

However, for that purpose, the petitioners may pursue alternate remedy as permissible under the law. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to pursue the alternate remedy as permissible under law in respect of subsequent representation dated 14.11.2024 and also in

(2) 929- Cri. W. P. 1250-2025.odt respect of outcome of the earlier representation as per communication dated 12.02.2024.

In view of the same, the petition stands withdrawn and disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
