The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, a compromise has been entered into between the parties to amicably resolve the dispute. Accordingly, a compromise pursis below Exh.96 was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Latur. The learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class (Court No.4), Latur, by order dated 22/12/2025, passed below Exh.1, has acquitted the

accused of the offences in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties placed on record at Exh.96. The compromise terms, the order dated 22/12/2025 passed below Exh.1 are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 2.

Thus, in view of the compromise arrived at by the parties and also in view of the acquittal of the accused, the petition does not survive. Writ Petition, therefore, stands disposed of as infructuous.

In view of disposal of the present Writ Petition, the amount of Rs.10,000/-, which was directed to be deposited by order dated 15/9/2025 before this Court is allowed to be withdrawn by the petitioner.
