By way of this petition the petitioner is seeking direction for de novo investigation by transferring the investigation to Criminal Investigation Department, Maharashtra (CID) or any other agency. However, learned APP produce communication dated 27.01.2026, issued by the concerned Investigating Officer. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. On going through the same, it appears that the petitioner had given additional application which was enquired by one police Head Constable, N.J. Devre, but the petitioner could not produce convincing material against the proposed accused, and therefore, the same

2 918.Crl.WP.1279.25.odt stood filed. The charge-sheet is already filed in this matter after due investigation, therefore, under such circumstances, the relief prayed by the petitioner cannot be granted in the light of peculiar circumstances. Accordingly the petition stands dismissed.
