Learned APP, on oral instructions, submits that pursuant to the representations / complaints dated 06.12.2024 and 13.06.2025, FIR was lodged and thereafter the investigation is also completed and the charge-sheet is filed. Only accused was remained to be arrested and therefore against the said accused the charge-sheet is submitted as per Section 299 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
