Learned APP, on perusal of the record, submits that the Roznama was maintained in respect of the proceedings, which indicates that notice was given to all the petitioners before passing the impugned order. However, on further scrutiny, it appears that on the same day the order was passed, the advocate for the petitioner had filed an application seeking time to file a reply. 2.

Learned APP seeks time to file an affidavit in reply for clarification of this fact. As such stand over to 29.01.2026, by way of a last opportunity.

It is made clear that no further adjournment will be granted in this matter.
