The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed application for release of petitioner's vehicle before the appropriate Court of learned Judicial Magistrate (F.C.) and order of release is going to be passed in that application. However, the petitioner is also having grievance that his driver was illegally detained. The said driver is not party to the present petition. As such, leave is granted to petitioner to add his driver as a party to this proceeding. Amendment to be carried out within stipulated period. 2.
