Learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, submits that maintenance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh only) will be deposited with the Family Court, Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today.

On such deposit, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause "C". Failure to deposit the said amount, would result into vacating the interim relief.
